START your journey TODAY

The first step is always the hardest, but a conversation with a trained therapist can make all the difference. My priority is for you to feel seen and heard, comfortable and safe. I offer in-person and tele-health (Texas only) counseling sessions for my clients at various times throughout the week.

  • $250 for 1.5 hours

It’s important for you to have a good fit with your therapist. That’s why I take the extra time in this consultation session for us to get to know each other, hear your detailed history and goals for therapy, decide if we’re a good fit to work together, and for me to share a proposed treatment plan tailored to you. If I hear that you may need other specialized services, I’ll refer you so you can stay on your path to wellness.

  • $150 per hour

After the initial session, if we decide to work together, we can schedule more regular sessions depending on your needs.

  • I offer a warm, person-centered approach that may include attachment and trauma work through EMDR, Attachment-Based EMDR, Sandtray, and Psychoeducation through Talk and Bibliotherapies

NEED A SPEAKER FOR A special event?

Whether it’s a mom’s group or church event, I love to encourage women on their journey to healing. I can prepare a variety of topics depending on your specific needs and audience. Some common topics include: post-partum depression and anxiety, boundaries and family relationships, Narcissistic Personality Disorder and narcissistic family relationships, spiritual abuse or general Q&A session.

  • You can call, email or fill out the form below to set up an initial call. We will talk on the phone for 15 minutes so I can understand what you want and need. If I hear you need some things that I cannot provide, I will refer you to providers that may help you. There is no charge for this 15-minute phone call. If I decide that I might be able to help I’ll set up your 1.5 hour consultation session.

  • This session will last an hour and a half. In it, I will gather a lot of background information and hear what you want and need. At the end, I’ll tell you my impressions and my recommendations for how we might be able to work together to manage or treat what you’re having issues with. I’ll explain treatment modalities that are within my scope of expertise, how we might utilize them, and what may happen as a result (hopefully less stress, more calm and centered, tools to use in everyday life, etc). If we decide that we’re not a good fit and we don’t need to work together, I will refer you to someone that I think might be able to help. Even if you decide you like therapy, just not with me, my pleasure is to find you a good fit because the right fit between a therapist and a client is crucial!

  • If you are a resident of Texas, I can provide online sessions through a secure Telehealth portal.

  • I do not accept insurance, but I’m happy to provide the paperwork for you to file with your insurance company.

  • I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly give at least a 24-hour notice. If not, you will be charged your full session fee.

  • I’m a licensed professional counselor, or LPC. I cannot prescribe medication with this license. During our sessions, if I feel there is a need for medication, I will refer you to someone who can help.

  • I do not provide counseling to young children. Older teens may be seen on a case-by-case basis.
